Strength in Community, Power in Purpose

I hope you’re staying cool and safe during these hot summer days. Many of us have been watching with concern the impacts of recent flooding across the country. Our hearts go out to all those affected. When confronted with the destructive forces resulting from a changing climate, I am in awe of the incredible strength and resilience of the communities who come together to support one another. In that same spirit, our community is stepping up to address challenges from recent federal cuts to education positions and funding. We are proud to announce that we have taken on responsibility for administering the Planet Stewards Project, which was formerly part of NOAA Ocean Services. We are committed to keeping its vision and impact alive.

If you would like to contribute your time or expertise to help manage the website and/or transition archived materials related to Planet Stewards, please reach out. And stay tuned for updates and announcements about this exciting new chapter.
