Please add the events you would like to participate in by clicking "Add to cart" under the event descriptions one at a time. When you click "Add to cart", it will take you to your "Shopping Cart", which indicates your current selections.
If you would like to add another event, please click "Back to shopping" to go back to make more selections.
If you would like to include more than one ticket for a specific event, please just indicate the correct number of tickets in "Qty" field for that event, and then hit "Update cart" to get an updated price for your selected tickets. To remove an event from your shopping cart, just select "Remove".
When you are done, click "Checkout" from the Shopping Cart page to proceed to payment. Please not that you will not have a reservation for the events you have chosen until you have completed payment.

NESTA's Earth and Space Science Educator LuncheonPrice: $40.00
Saturday, March 31, 2012 - including a lecture by our speaker, Prof. Steven Hovan, on "Dust in the Wind - The Geological Record of Ancient Atmospheric Circulation". This is a sit down lunch, with a choice of meals.
You have a choice of a salad or a hot meal. Please select the type of lunch of your choice. If you are purchasing more than one luncheon ticket, and are choosing different options for each ticket, please add the luncheons to your shopping cart separately.
For instance, if you are purchasing three lunch tickets, and would like 2 salads and one hot lunch, and one of the persons having a salad is allergic to nuts, you would select the salad option below, indicate that one of the two patrons has a nut allergy in the "Dietary restrictions" box, and click "Add to cart". On the next page, you indicate a quantity of 2 for the box corresponding to the luncheon. Then click "Back to shopping" and select the hot lunch option, click "Add to cart", and indicate a quantity of 1 for that option. *Please note that you must make a choice of one of the two meal choices, corresponding to the number of tickets you are purchasing.
