Heartland Institute Seeks to Develop Climate Skeptic Curricula

A firestorm erupted recently when documents were leaked showing that the Heartland Institute, a prominent conservative think tank, is seeking to support development of K-12 curricula designed to promote teach skepticism about global warming. The Heartland Institute has posted a press release about this story at http://heartland.org/press-releases/2012/02/15/heartland-institute-responds-stolen-and-fake-documents, claiming that "Some of these documents were stolen from Heartland, at least one is a fake, and some may have been altered."
