 NESTA recognizes exceptional achievement and
service through four levels of awards.
Certificates of Appreciation
are presented to those who contribute to the well-being of the organization.
Honorary Membership
is awarded to selected teachers and board members.
Distinguished Service Awards
are for officers and volunteers who provide dedicated service.
Fellow
nominees are five-year members who contribute substantially to Earth Science education and to NESTA itself.
Jan and Stoney Award:
The Jan Woerner/ Harold Stonehouse Award is given semi-annually at the discretion of the NESTA Executive Board in recognition of an individual or organization's efforts in promoting Earth science education in keeping with the goals of NESTA.
